Unfortunately, what should be a great local option on the way to work, isn’t an option anymore. I can get past the dirty walls and ceilings, the iced tea and iced coffee coffee containers that are cleaned once a year, but I was served really old bagels today. I worked in a bakery for 4 years and a pizzeria for 10. I know day old bread. My bagels were made no more recently than yesterday before closing. They had a dinner roll kind of consistency. This place needs new ownership or management to have success. If you can serve day old bagels at a bagel place, you have no passion or desire to effectively run a business.
First time I ordered through slice app, another person's order was delivered to me. Calling the store didn't get me anywhere. I had to call slice to get a refund meanwhile the store confirmed that my order is till at the store. Second time, I was missing some of my order but used Door dash so refund/credit is a lot easier. Third and Last, my order was cancelled due to store cannot fulfill the order. I guess ordering online from this place is not good. And I hope it is better when a person walk in.
Been going here over 10 years, food, options and service has always good but its always service without a smile. Robotic, 4 stars simply due to the negative energy. All the staff seems unhappy.
The taste of their bagels is one if the best in the county however the Spanish guy who's been there for a long time has an attitude that id rather skip. I really dislike when he takes my order. The young lady is MUCH more pleasant.
I've tried to come here 3 times despite the really terrible service. Has this business heard of service with a smile? All the reviews here are about negative attitudes are accurate. But why are you in business if you dont want to be kind to your patrons? Between this and them being out of main products, I will never come back here ever again. The employees need to learn how to smile and be friendly to their patrons and they also work incredibly slow. Not a good place to go for a quick bagel and a coffee expect to spend 15 minutes waiting.
I went and ordered a BEC. I decided to add sausage and asked the employee. Her response was “is there anything else you want ma’am?” She was annoyed. Awful service. In addition, she used a roll from the day before.
Poor service . We tried to call ahead so it would be ready . The lady put us on hold . We were driving there and hung up when we got there , only to find that there was no line and no reason to be put on hold at all!! When we asked why we were put on hold for so long he said cause it’s busy but we were the only ones there . The coffee was served to us cold. They didn’t ask how we wanted the sandwich and would have put no salt pepper or ketchup if we hadn’t stopped them before closing it ! What’s even worse is that someone else called while we were there ! They just ignored it ! Silenced the call!! If you don’t want to work , close down!
Great bagels and sandwiches, highly recommended.
Needs more employees to run a smooth and fast morning rush. Waiting time terrible. Food ok only.
Customer service is absolute trash. Always doing big orders with them and the constant attitude with them is just disrespectful. Their breakfast sandwiches also have no egg or bacon it's basically all bread. Just going to give the Pancakes Plus my business for now. Much much better than these guys
