They have a wide selection of great, NY-style (boiled) bagels--none of the "rolls with holes" you find in some places. The staff is very friendly and personable, though also a bit quirky but with character. The donuts they make are amazing. They make them right when you order, so they are piping hot. 
My only criticism is the way they serve--one person takes your order all the way through payment. It's pretty inefficient, though it keeps someone responsible for it.

As someone who grew up in NYC it's hard to find good bagels outside of the city. This is one of the few places I would recommend for bagels, definitely worth going here for them.

Been going here since I was a fetus. Best breakfast sandwich I ever had. Best staff ever.

Bagels are consistently under cooked, with raw sticky dough inside. They've been that way for years. If there was another bagel store closer to my house, I would go there.

I had the salt bagel and can honestly say it was the best bagel I ever had: dense and chewy with and slightly sweet aftertaste.
