Baggins makes great sandwiches and most Baggins have great customer service. But this one, on broadway, have terrible customer service and very deceiving. When i walked in there and asked for a Baggins club sandwhich, they asked if i wanted to add anything and i said no, then when it was time to pay, they asked for 19 dollars! the sandwich costs 9 dollars! Then i asked questions why it was 19 dollars, they then talked about minimum wage going down (even though it didnt). I was about to leave the place after that and right before i left out the door, they stopped me in a panic and said it was a mistake and it was actually 9 dollars. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The food is good when there's not lazy people working...   Went in tonight and the girl said there was no chips or cookies ok well then there's half of the meal so thats a no go but how is that so if the cookies are made there fresh and come with every meal? Anyways they get the 1star for the way they train their lazy employees to be rude when saying they are out of something in stead teach them to say I'm sorry sir/mam unfortunately we are out of such item could I offer you this other flavor chips/cookie. Anyways done.

Have made friends with many of staff. Really quality food and enjoy eating on patio with sound of water fountain. Only wish Arizona had phased in a $2 hike in minimum wage smartly, so the burden wasn't rolled downhill so hard on small businesses. What were our legislators thinking?  Evidently not much!  Almost every small eatery has had to add $1 to $1.50 to almost every item!  That's cut my eating out in half. I'm sure the eateries are suffering. Thanks to our high-paid government officials that have plenty of disposable income to eat out daily!

My son and I stopped there to grab something to eat while we waited for Guitar Center to set up my bass. We had lunch on the patio. Great food and the water fountain was pretty cool too. We'll definitely be back.

I have been eating at Baggins for over 30 years, however I have lost my liking for the Tucson Icon.  I ordered a take out ceasar chicken salad with a side of egg salad.  My ceasar salad wad very light on the chicken portion.  I have grown accustomed to smaller portions from them, thus the extra protein was ordered to compensate.The biggest disappointment was the egg salad side.  It was the size of a small ketchup container.  I mean it could not have been more than half an egg. The most ridiculous part was is was $3.00 .  I'm done with Baggins!!
