Blinding sunlight three years after opening. Put tint or screens up. Kids working ignore the drive thru while playing on their cell phones in the lobby on a Saturday afternoon.  Inside store is too hot. Manager or owner just walked out of his office. So the kids working here are comfortable ignoring the business with management right here. Dad sign of a business setting itself up to fail.

The drinks were all great. The location however  needs serious help. The windows are west facing. There are NO blinds,  shades, screens....anything at all, to block the blinding setting sun. How in the world the workers deal with it is beyond me. As customers however, my family and I were extremely uncomfortable. It's rather ridiculous actually. Take better care of your customers and workers.

The best smoothies in town! Very pleased with the extended menu and webpage. You can either have a shaved ice or thin ice sugar free!  I have only tried those, but there are other varieties of drinks and also sell fresh fruit cups!  Also you can ask for DAIRY FREE smoothies

Awesome customer service every time I go. Used my 10 punches for my free one this time. Got the Large one20oz Pina colada and strawberry.  Sorry I didn't take a picture after it was handed over to me ..lol

New shaved ice/ snowcone business right next to Home Depot.  Plenty of parking available along with a decent amount of chairs and tables to sit at; both inside and out. I ordered the Guava ice with vanilla icecream. The guava flavor was incorporated well with the ice along with the vanilla icecream at the bottom. The prices are fair for the amount you get when you order. Customer service was friendly, and they delivered to the table I was sitting at.

This is NOT the place to get a mangonada! I repeat DO NOT get a mangonada here. Even when I tried to explain what I wanted they repeatedly told me that’s not how they do it. I’ve been disappointed by their service before and I went back against my better judgment. I will not be going back to this location ever.

I've only had a chance to go there once so far, but I loved the shaved ice I got. The service was to-go line only, and a little slow, but I think this can be expected post COVID so I'm not bothered. I'm curious to have more from here and intend to come back.

They were very nice, but I drove from Montgomery since the one there isn’t open yet, and the ice wasn’t fluffy at all. My kids and I drove to the Kroger parking lot and scraped off the whole top of our’s to get to more flavor lol. I didn’t notice the condensed milk, but maybe it was in there. It just seemed like the ice itself had such a strong flavor to it, like stale ice from an ice maker at home or something. Since I drove there and spent $16-ish, I didn’t want to waste it so I brought it home and added cold brew coffee and coconut creamer. It helped some. The kids were also bummed they didn’t get an umbrella and they haven’t had Bahama Bucks in a long time, so it was kind of disappointing as far as that goes. Maybe this location is just different from the one we used to go to in Spring or Tomball. Also can only use the drive thru, which is interesting. Didn’t want to give less stars, because they were nice, and maybe there’s a reason for why it was different.

i scheduled a pick-up for a specific time cause i’m on a tight schedule when i got there the store is drive thru only and the line was long. Since it didn’t say when i ordered drive thru pick up i called and asked if i was suppose to get in line manager said no they would bring them out they just received order i made order 3 hrs earlier i had already paid thru app for a med and large size both flat top and manager came out with two med flat tops.  It specifically says if you get a flat top a larger cup is used to compensate for too well i received 2 med flat tops equivalent to a small with top that were not even filled.. .. i hate when people don’t pay attention to orders, i paid 14.00 for 2 small snow cones won’t come here again.

The strawberry cheesecake snowcone has the strawberry juice and shaved ice and at the bottom of your snowcone is cheesecake     Bomb Pop has a literal bomb pop popsicle shoved into the middle of the  snowcone itself   even their spoons change color... awesome experience!!! Kid's go nuts over this place too  These are no ordinary snowcones by any means!!! Each is literally "hand crafted" and the sizes are HUGE! Definitely will never eat an ordinary snowcone again... absolutely love this place       do wish you could eat it there rather than just a drive thru ...
