I suffered a broken wrist and a concussion as a result of a motorcycle accident in May of 2016.  I live in Minnesota and my legal council recommended the Bailey & Greer Law Firm in Memphis. I contacted them, complied with their requests, and they handled everything thus relieving me of unwanted stress! The resulting settlement was more than I'd hoped for and I'm quite pleased. The individuals working on my case were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Bailey & Greer Law Firm.

Where do I even begin? I was injured pretty badly when I was rear ended by a texting driver. Even though I was at a dead stop, the driver's insurance company spoke to me as though I was lying or withholding information. They wanted to pay me off ASAP, before having a chance to discovered the full extent of my injuries. It took steroids, physical therapy, and finally spinal surgery to straighten me out. I was out of work for almost a year and wore a hard collar for six months. I'm SO very glad that I didn't battle the insurance companies alone. I'm also glad that I retained the finest law firm in Memphis because when all was said and done I walked away with 53.4 times more than the initial settlement offer. You read that right, ladies and gents! From the date of my accident to my settlement was 13 months which is virtually unheard of. I have a friend who's 3 years into a lawsuit- almost identical scenario and injuries- and sadly that's not uncommon.

In addition to their sparkling reputation and unwavering professionalism, the staff at B&G are *human*, meaning they don't speak like lawyers until they need to. Baker Yates came to the hospital the day of my surgery and sat with me. Sadler Bailey and I spoke for 3 hours over cigars and espresso and he had me laughing so hard my sides hurt. When I ran into him with his children he introduced me as though we were old friends. 

I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone, but I truly believe that things went as smoothly as was possible considering the circumstances, and that's because I luckily had the presence of mind to retain these guys. Brilliant minds and big hearts.

Bailey and Greer handled my case exceptionally. They were professional, detailed, and thrall in the manner they worked on my case.
