The problem wasn't the quality of the food, it all tasted great. The problem was in service and quantity. My daughters French fries came after dinner was finished only because the manager stopped by to check on us. In addition my scampi had about 6 bites of pasta. The manager was willing to fix it.. brought me a few more bites of plain pasta .. no scampi sauce and the fries.. no ketchup! In fact he didn't even stick around long enough to be asked for ketchup.. we won't be going back. So I write this at the table while my family was heading to the car.. over 10 minutes later my check came .. good grief! Do BETTER!

You can copy your review from here: I don't know where to start!!!! We had a very special surprise birthday celebration for my cousin at Bailey's!! From setting the reservation to farewell's everything was amazing!! Off the hook food, stellar service and to top all that our table was randomly chosen for their daily 'lottery'..... our table of 19 persons was complimentary!! We were more than stunned and blessed beyond words. Everyone was more than happy with their meals and did I mention the staff.....OMG..... pleasant, professional, upbeat, accommodating......... This was my 2nd time at Baileys Bar & Grille and I can tell you it will not be my last. Thank you for making a very special night even more memorable

Great food and accommodating staff. I love the renovations and the craft burger menu is a nice update. I tried the rise and shine burger and it was fantastic! Marty got the New England cranberry short rib dinner (again) and enjoyed it as always. Just an easy place to be indeed!

Delicious food, friendly staff. This seems like a very classy restaurant for a fraction of the price. Will go again!

Lovely restaurant, as far as ambiance is concerned. I took my family to dinner and had reservations for six. Upon arrival, the table was not ready. We had to wait until they cobbled together a round and a rectangular table. No consistency where drinks are concerned. The first Appletini did not have a cherry, the second one had a cherry (John Taffer would be appalled, consistency!) The Prime Rib was great. I had a taco salad with chicken. The taco bowl was barely half full. In any other restaurant, the salad would be topped off with grilled chicken, cut in strips. I thought they forgot to add the chicken and had to almost put on my glasses to find it. It was chopped in tiny pieces. It is a terrific place to visit the bar and watch a football game or something. If you are looking for a restaurant with great service and superior food, sadly this is not the place.
