UPDATE: They are apparently thieves as well. They kept the money that was supposed to be paid to the electrician out of the construction costs in our loan. Lawsuit will be filed unless he is paid immediately.
NEVER, EVER deal with these people. Completely unprofessional, disorganized mess of a company and the product they delivered was garbage and not what they represented on their lot. Their "Operations Manager" is extremely unprofessional and less than truthful. It took them over 6 months to do 8-10 days of work to get our homesite ready and the home delivered. Please, save yourself time and major heartache and go someplace else. Worst experience of my life.
