Baird & Warner Frankfort serves the south and southwest Chicagoland Real Estate community. We are a full service brokerage offering assistance for buyers, sellers and renters. While we specialize in residential real state such as single family homes, condos, townhomes, multi unit apartment buildings and vacant land, we can also assist with commercial transactions.

Being a full service brokerage we also offer assistance with home financing through Baird & Warner Financial Services with a loan officer on site as well as title insurance and closings through Baird & Warner Title Services.

We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service and are ready to go to work for you. With over 40 full time agents, we can provide assistance in NW Indiana, all Chicago suburbs and specifically the south and southwest suburbs from Lansing to Joliet and everything in between. Our office is located in Frankfort which is close to New Lenox, Mokena, Orland Park, Flossmoor, Homewood, Matteson, Park Forest and Chicago Heights.
