Choosing to work with Tracy Cox was an easy decision.  She had already helped 2 family members find their homes and made the process easy for them.  I was preparing to purchase my first home when I met Tracy.  She was patient with me, as it was a learning experience for me.  Tracy understood what I was looking for in a home and provided great feedback.  She listened closely to my needs in looking for a home, provided great resources, and  kept me informed throughout the entire process.  In the end I found a perfect home to begin my new adventures in.  Tracy is personable, loyal, and honest, anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a home is lucky to have her as their agent.

Tracy went above an beyond for us!  She was always a call, email, or a text away. We were getting very close to the end of our deadline to find a house to rent and my husband and I were getting worried, but we never lost faith in Tracy. Tracy found us a home to rent that not only hit all our needs but all our wants. Without Tracy, our growing family would never have found a house that turned into our home. When we are ready to buy a home we will be definitely be using Tracy again.

Have used Cheryl both times for my home purchases! She was also able to sell my old home for a huge profit! She is a true professional but also very realistic about expectations. One of the best attributes is her client first attitude! She always wanted what was best for my family and it was important to have a home that offered the best long term solution within our budget. Can't thank her enough for our amazing home!

Cheryl Thomas is the best! She helped us buy and sell with grace and beauty even during a difficult time in her life. She was able to recommend great people who could help us with other required services needed through the process. We had a great experience!

Cheryl Thomas is seriously the best. She is open, honest, and very hard working. I asked 50 million questions and she answered them all with a smile.  She sold me my first home and now just recently my second, we are on the process of selling my first home.  Not that I ever plan on moving again but if I did I would not hesitate to contact Cheryl.  If I could rate her a millions stars I would.
