My husband Mike and I worked with Kathleen Turza out of this office, and the process couldn't have been easier. Seeing as we were first time home buyers we were getting a lot of input from others who have had many home buying experiences (good/bad and everything in between), and right from the get go Kathleen made it very easy. She really honed in on what it was we were really looking for and ran with it. We looked at maybe a total of 5 homes before falling in love with the home we ended up closing on right before St. Patrick's Day. Even during the negotiations she would ask us what our reasoning was behind our offer, and really fought for us during that time with the sellers (which is HUGE when I've heard from others that their agent didn't really fight them and just kind of rolled over when told "no"). 
In the end, she was apart of our first buying experience, and Mike and I couldn't thank her enough for her time and commitment to us. I HIGHLY recommend her. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and making you really think about your decision is something that we needed throughout this process. Thank you Kathleen!
