Way better than I expected. It appears to be like other chain restaurants, and while it has the same idea the food tasted a lot better. We went late in the afternoon and while there were quite a few people there it felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves. Food was fantastic and I’d eat here again. I got the chicken green chili salad and it was SO good.
The chimichanga is pretty legendary. The nachos were great. They had a ton of stuff on them. The only critique I have is a thicker chip may be better. The chips are great for salsa, but couldn't were too delicate for all the nacho toppings. Or maybe get the chips on the side.
This place is so good!! The food is fresh and flavorful! Lot’s of great options! It was a delicious surprise to have the ice cream churros too! And they’re only a few bucks! I would highly recommend stopping by Bajio! You literally can’t go wrong with any choice! It’s all so good!
I got the sweet pork salad and as the comment below said, my sweet pork has no taste and its watery! The lettuce also not fresh and hard. Also they forgot my dressing in my order!! I will never go back!
Really good place. My husband and I usually order burritos. We always get our burritos with steak even though it costs more unfortunately but worth it. Really good. I Iike how they have 3 kinds of beans to pick from and 2 different kinds of rice. It always comes with lettuce, pico and sour cream on the side. Their horchata is really good.
Just tried Bajio for the first time and LOVED it! I got the pineapple shrimp salad and might have found my new addiction haha. Such kind and genuine employees too!

My wife and I went here not knowing exactly what to expect and had never been before. We had just bought a couple of Roxberry's and wanted something to eat with it. Bajio Mexican Grill is a little bit like Cafe Rio, but I can't believe I'm saying this I think their food here is a little bit better value! Keep up the good work guys. Great food, nice people. We will definitely be returning to this location. Good first impressions make a lot of difference ya'll succeeded. Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian myself I got the chicken Quesadilla, which was soooo good!, but it looks like these guys have quite a few options for vegetarians from what I could tell. Parking: Parking is a little tight towards the entrance, but not crazy. A little further out it's more navigable.
Sadly, Bajio's food has taken a dive. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but this time, in their new location, it just didn't hit the spot for anyone in my family. The food was cold or luke warm, it was lacking in good flavor... Especially my husband's taquito meal and my kids' meals or quesadillas. My meal tasted fine, but was not quite warm enough. Everyone else in my family went home hungry and asked for dinner when we got home.
The food is so fresh and the sweet rice and sweet tomatillo sauce is delicious! I wish there were more locations in Utah because I love this place more than Cafe Rio! I remember when I was little there were tons of Bajio locations in the Utah valley now this is the last one I think in Utah and I love it so much I wanna come back every week for their delicious food!
