It saddens me to write this but I had an absolute awful experience with baked expressions. For our wedding we went to 5 different bakers for tastings and this one stood above them all and with their 5 star rating and good reports from wedding sites I was sure I would be happy with the cake but it was the exact opposite. I literally sketched out exactly what cake I wanted, colors and all and she got it completely wrong. She even left one of the three wedding colors off the icing completely! We sat there explaining exactly what we wanted and the day of my wedding when I walked into that room and saw it my heart dropped. The only thing I changed between our consultation and the actual wedding day was the flowers which really had nothing to do with her since the florist provided those. The cake not only was the ugliest cake I'd ever seen from a professional but didn't taste anywhere near what we were expecting based on the tasting at the consultation. We ordered a 4 tier cake and a grooms cake (which turned out good) and spent over $900 and when I went to her and addressed my disappointment (crying because I was so heartbroken) she barely even said sorry and didn't offer anything to compensate or try and make up for it. I'm not sure how much more I could have explained what I wanted since I provided a picture but I would never use baked expressions again. This is something I'll never forget and everytime I look in my wedding album I'm upset over that horrible cake. Negative one star.

Cakes are amazing and taste great!! Highly reccomend!!! We are very lucky to have her doing our wedding cake!!

Baked Expressions made a DELICIOUS cake for my business partners for their business anniversary dinner.  It was a german chocolate cake topped with delectable strawberries that were absolutely heaven on earth.  If you have never had a cake from Baked Expressions you are missing out!!
