My dad passed away June 1 and the two weeks that it took to cremate him seemed a bit long but not the problem.  No one can answer questions because no one is qualified to answer them. Can not get a call back about any questions we had and after 2 months we are still waiting on a death certificate because they can not put the right information on it. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you or your loved ones must die, it would be better to do it away from them. Once they got paid they stopped caring.

I wish I could take this one star away!! Cause they don't deserve it! They have taken way to long to cremate both my grandmother and my uncle after being paid in full. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVEICE DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is a complete joke! They can't even answer the phones.
