I have been a renter  of a large unit for a bit over two years.  I have been very pleased with the service.  The place has a good strong fence, the grounds are clean and well=maintained, and the manager lives in a home where they can see any vehicle that approaches the storage building.  Everything appears to be in excellent repair.  Sometimes I have wished that they had extended hours, but restricting operations to daylight hours is probably an excellent move from a security standpoint.  It is not often that I can say that I am getting my money's worth, but I am with Baker STorage.

They seem to be pretty manipulative with their pricing. They rent you a unit and a couple months later you receive a letter stating a rent increase. I have rented from them twice and this happened both times. That's why I moved out.

Excellent,,clean,good security, and the people there are outstanding,can't say enough about the place ,except I store my things there and will again in the future,,,five stars..

I have rented a storage unit from Baker Storage for the last 3 years and have found it to be the cleanest and most secure storage facility in Red Bluff.  It is completely fenced and gated so I feel my possessions are well protected.  The hours of operation are very convenient so as to allow access to my things most the day.  I would recommend Baker Road Mini Storage to anyone looking for a safe & secure place to store their things.
