A very pleasant experience. The staff were nice and knowledgeable about their products and made some thoughtful suggestions upon request. The place was kept very clean and the environment is modern and in good order. The coffee is very good, with some interesting additions to traditional espresso based cold/hot drinks. There is pleanty of seating available, even when it's crowded. It provides a nice cozy environment during cold weather. The macaroons are delicious. The bathrooms were also very clean and well kept. This is a highly recommended coffee place with lots to offer.

Really like their food and cakes. The burger and fried Chicken are especially good. They have good cold brew and sell lots of higher quality beans but their hot coffee drinks aren't where as good as their other offerings. Not bad by any means, just could be better. I do wish they had diet sodas as I prefer the less sweet taste.

I ordered the waffles & my friend ordered the biscuits and gravy. Both were excellent, as always. It just took a lil bit too long before they were brought out. My lavender honey latte was already gone.

Came there yesterday with my friend on May 6th at around 9pm. Asian guy was nice welcomed us. Black guy that took our order was just rude. It was our first time here and had some questions, we either got short responses or ignored. Later when I asked for a to go box for my cake, I ASKED HIM. He completely ignored me. Not one word. The Asian employee heard me and came out from the back and handed me a box. We were a tad confused on where you drop off your dirty mugs. Without helping he just stared and glared at us. You serious?! Get rid of this guy. You've just lost two customers.

The food here has so much flavor, its really amazing. Even a dish as simple as the House Plate (breakfast staples like eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, and toast) are elevated and unique. There's no resisting the bakery case, everything in it is as delicious as it looks.
