Worst experience ever..does not want go back again for having bad service to my gown.They said after 2 days it will be done but its a big lie because after 3 days  they did not work it yet and my gown still smell bad!!!

Do not go here! They snagged the collar of my Michael Kors trench coat that I had only worn twice and then tried to say it must have been damaged when I brought it in. They didn't even refund me the $20 dollars I paid them to dryclean (RUIN) it! 

When they first handed it back to me, it was covered in spots and had a huge snag on the collar. The lady asked me if I wanted it re-cleaned and I said no, just show it to the manager. They then proceeded to re-clean it without my permission before showing it to the manager and when she returned my call she basically said I must have done something to it before bringing it in. 

The only form of reconciliation they offered me was a 50% discount on my next visit. Why would I want that when they have only shown that I cannot trust them with my garments? Do I want them to ruin more of my clothing?!

I will never go here again.
