Dr. Raj is a very compassionate, knowledgeable, & excellent doctor/surgeon. He takes the time to assess and explain his findings and really gives his patients the ability to take part in the plan of care. It wasn't until I was under his care that the issues of my bilateral knee pain and wrist pain I was experiencing from an injury were finally diagnosed. I am very thankful & grateful for him & his amazing team. Thank you Dr. Raj for taking care of my health needs.

Dr. Raj is a very good and knowledgeable surgeon, his ability to do surgery and stem cell together makes the recovery time so much faster than any other surgeon. After meeting 5 other surgeons I felt very confident in having Dr. Raj do my surgery when he explained his process. The staff is very friendly and on point when it comes to scheduling and prescriptions. I will definitely go back to Dr. Raj if I need another procedure.

Misdiagnosis of a knee injury and misreading of the MRI. After getting a second opinion it is clear that I needed surgery from the get go. Instead I went through months of physical therapy and multiple check ups by Dr. Raj and team who simply told me to stay the course. That is because they never diagnosed my injury correctly and misread my MRI. Speaking of my MRI, the staff proved incompetent and continuously (4X+) sent my MRI referral to the wrong center. Even after I spelled out the center name and gave them the phone and fax number each time I called (And it was not a complicated name). I ended up having to call the wrong center from my MRI appointment to have them fax over the referral to the correct facility. I have since switched doctors and am much happier.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raj for a little over two years , he is positive, non-aggressive in his treatment plan, takes the time sits with you and explains your situation... he addresses all your concerns, he is a very gifted surgeon and person.

I went in for a 2nd opinion on whether I had torn my ACL during a ski trip. Dr. Raj looked over another doctor's notes and confirmed the diagnosis that I did not have a torn ACL, after a brief examination. He indicated that I should fully recover within 4-6 weeks. I went to PT and started running again, but my knee still didn't feel right and would pull from under me about every week (fairly painful). After another MRI, 2 doctors in Chicago both confirmed that my ACL was "completely blown". He seems like a great guy (terrific bedside mannerism and very comforting), the practice was neat and efficient, with the staff being very pleasant. I wish he looked at things more closely.
