You should eat at this place! I'm really happy I stopped in here for dinner. It's far enough off the beach where it's not crowded with tourists. They have a really expansive menu and so many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I got the spicy fish platter and it tasted fresh. The prices are a little high but I have a feeling it's because they use quality food products. The cook time was a little longer but I think it's because they cook everything from scratch and they don't have a ton of pre-made stuff. There a lot of basic dishes like hummus and salad but more involved foods like pilaf rice and fish platters. I will definitely be going here again because of the healthy dinner options. And it's the small interior which I think is a nice break from the chain restaurants.

Very nice place to stop if you are in the area. Food was fantastic! I had the Mediterranean and it was delicious and filling. The quality of the ingredients were great and you could tell the chef put his heart into the menu. The staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone. There were many vegan and gluten free options.

My wife and I have been coming here for over 4 years. I have gluten and dairy allergies so this place has been perfect for us. We’ve brought family and they love it too. We always had great service and the food is always more than delicious! Thank you to all of the employees for their kindness and great attitudes.

Two open tables in restaurant and the hostess showed the front window table to me and friend stating “I thought you might like some space” I am a large woman and suspected the comment was made because of that. I was sure of it when the two women that came in minutes after us were seated at one of the tables with no mention of space. Humiliating and out of line. I won’t return. In response to the owner’s response...We were not offered several options...after she looked into the restaurant, the hostess led us to the window, asked if this was ok then made the remark about space. The window seat was not the issue...it’s the comment she made; Which she did not make to the women that came in behind us. Staff should be trained to treat all customers the same and refrain from remarks that could be taken as insulting. To say she offered us several options is not correct, you were not present so you did not hear what she said. But thank you for your response.

Really healthy vegan choice NO DOUBT. If I was into eating healthy and treating my body well, I would come here every week. Frankly, I am not that into hummus but their dessert was fantastic. I had Kunafa, a dough with sweet cheese and water syrup on top, sprinkled with pistachio. So far, Kunafa has been the best dessert in VA beach so far.
