Take for ever to open the door when you ring the door bell from outside and when it's about to leave out, nurses sitting on their butt and not having the decency to get up off their lazy butt to let you out. knowing you've asked them politly to let you out. They just stare at you like a zombie. They know its a code on the door for you to exit out. Again, they just look at you. SMH. Every family and company that transport there, should have their own code assigned to them. The nurses won't look crazy when its time to open the door or letting you out.

My mother has been a resident for 10 yrs or more when I first placed her there there services were good the staff seem to care about the well being of the residents but over the years the quality of service has gone from good to pathetic especially on the weekends . One nurse Christopher a African I can personally say he doesn't give a damn about none of the residents under his care you go to him with your concerns he looks at you like why are you bothering me.over the past year my family has found filthy beds urine soaked bed linens there been so much piss on the floor the tiles went from white to yellow,we found roaches, flies, moldy clothes in my mother's dresser also old moldy food, her restroom has feces and blood stains on the walls, toilet and sink.even her false teeth and it container had slimy mold on them. And my mother has been placed on hospice and bed rest do to her cancer . Yesterday we found an open bag of self ingniting charcoal under my mother's bed we demanded they remove it cause it's a 🔥 hazard . Now when my aunt asked about the fly problem she was told that cancer patients attracts flies WTH . I would love to move her but my whole brother has the medical power of attorney. If you're looking for a good nursing home this isn't the place. If you have a love one there you need to get them out of there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They allowed my mother to starve and dehydrate herself nearly to death. I went to the nursing staff daily and the administrators for over 2 weeks emphatically insisting they hospitalize my mother immediately as she was not eating or drinking. Each time I visited her she was thinner and disoriented, with cracked lips, white tongue and stumbling around and her roommate would tell me she was refusing all meals and hardly drinking. The staff did not take my outspoken and detailed concerns or her deteriorating condition seriously. She went in this Hell Home needing only medication management and going out shopping on her own. She left this week nearly dead and in renal failure from dehydration. Get thks, they called me 2 days before she was taken to the hospital to tell me to tell my mother she needs to go change because she stinks after being in her defacaying feces all day and I told them she is too weak to move due to dehydration and not eating, because my Mom cleans herself. Sure enough they let her lie in her mess for over 24 hours before finally helped her change and the hospital staff was appalled at the horrific rash she suffered and the near fatal dehydration. When I called the the night before she was admitted they said she hadn't drunk any fluids in 2 days and I said get her to The hospital now! And the nurse replied the doctor gave instructions that as long as she is talking she does not need to be admitted. I told them, if you do not take her to the hospital you will be responsible for her death. The administrator passed the buck to the nurses and the nurses passed the buck to the doctors and each other. My Mom's urine after 4 days on IV fluids is still brown and she is so weak she cannot feed herself. The office manager continuously avoided me and refused to call me while they deliberately lost 8 thousand of her trust fund and refused to cooperate with allocating her trust fund towards her expenses. I have filed a grievance and the DAD's agency is investigating.

This place has the worst service. My mom was not even here for 24 hours and she wanted to leave. Definitely not a good place for someone you care about.

Worst place ever. DO NOT leave your loved ones at this awful place. My aunt went in for hospice care and they left her unattended in her own urine for hours. She fell out of bed and no one came to get her up for over an hour. AWFUL AWFUL place. They do not care about their patients.
