Story

Here at Baldwin Beef, we take great pride in what we’ve been able to cultivate over the last 48 years. Our farm started off as a 19-acre plot at Peggy’s home, and now we have more than 2,300 acres of deeded land for our cattle to roam. It’s taken years of trial and error, but we’ve succeeded in building a natural, fully sustainable system to raise our cattle which amounts to beef that’s healthy and ethically raised. Our cows are 100% grass fed, meaning our beef is antibiotic free, hormone free, and non GMO from the start. Cuts are dry aged and vacuum sealed fresh, making them perfect for home freezer storage.
