Steve and Ivonne at Baldwin Brothers Funeral in Ocala were very compassionate, informative, and helpful. We came from out of town to an unexpected death. They were very kind and guided us through the process. They were to put together a wonderful set up with the limited budget we had available. They took great care in ensuring grandpa's body to look like he was sleeping. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a amazing job done on your loved at a reasonable rate.

We experienced a very professional and pleasant meeting with Lou Ann Papp. She was quite knowledgeable and thorough in presenting the service. We were extremely impressed with her overall performance. She was patient and understanding with us. She is truly an experienced professional.

It was a pleasure working with Louann and Baldwin Brothers. Pricing was affordable for any budget. She offered several options for me and my family. We wanted to get our final affairs in order, so when the time comes it wouldn't be a burden on our family. We investigated several prepaid plans in our area to see what each offered. The Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, with the help of LouAnn Pappa has met all of our needs. LouAnn explained to my husband and myself in the comfort of our home all the different plans that Baldwin Brothers offers. This really helped us decide on the best one to fit our needs. No high presser sales pitch, she is a joy to work with, and really saved us a lot of money. I would highly recommend contacting her, and now we have peace that part of our life is taken care of with our wishes. Baldwin Brothers also offers seminar's.

Had a very pleasant experience with LouAnn Papp. She answered all of our questions, and, without any sales pressure, we signed up. I feel relieved and confident, that when the time comes, everything will be handled with care through Baldwin Brothers.
