When you mail the electric bill to us and I conveniently Pay On-line, why do you place a "check" mark on screen to withdraw payment from our checking account? I don't want anyone to access our checking account! It's happened twice now. 2 too many. I have to erase the mark every month. The Orange Beach (Beach Express)EMC office is great. They are very helpful and hope they can resolve this problem.

Everyone at Baldwin EMC has always been kind and helpful to myself and my husband. Very nice and professional staff at the foley beach express office. Even when I paid my bill in change and was embarrassed about having to do that they were so very nice about it . I can't say that I would have had the same attitude of kindness that they had if our roles were reversed.  Thank you kind ladies, I was having a really bad day and you made it so much better just by being nice and treating me with respect and that meant so much to me. God bless ya'll!

Was told power would not get cut off on a Friday. Have been cut off twice.

Had these guys for years. My powers off even though I paid. Called back to see what the problem is. They are working on it. Do you have a time frame. No they are working on it. So I am currently sitting in the house on my off day and can't watch my TV. Thank you Baldwin Emc for caring about your valued customer.
