Baldwin Park Pizza Company has been owned & operated by Joey Spillone the original owner since 1997. His Chicago roots & California upbringing & home for over 30 years blends the best of both coasts.
As a young man he helped his family's California Pizza Franchise. Then had a career in restaurant food distribution. That experience gives him the insight on the best products & manufacturers in the market today.
With this knowledge Joey developed his own recipe over 30 years ago. Since then he has owned & operated many locations and consulted on countless others.

We use only the finest ingredients, Real Wisconsin cheese, California grown tomato products, garden fresh produce and handmade pizza dough.
