I don’t know anything about the back ground of this food.  All I can say is that I have tried every option offered and couldn’t tell you which one is my fav.  It is fresh, quick, and leaves me satisfied!  I can't wait to try the next thing added to the menu!  I highly recommend this food!

Ask him for a bit of the Serrano sauce. A little dab will do ya though. It will melt your face off with an excellent experience of flavor and heat.

Balkanik Taste is the best Food Truck in Montgomery County, MD when it comes to Balkan Food. I have tried almost every single item on the menu and it is simply amazing! The kufte platter is so delicious  my favorite!

This food here is always fresh and unique! I love getting all of my Balkan favorites, like kyufte, pljeskavica and shopska salad, right here in Montgomery County. Looking forward to seeing what this food truck has in store for the upcoming season!
