Randy is a professional and did a fantastic job on my AC on my 2007 HONDA CRV.   They are always busy so please have patience and give them the  time to get the job done right. Thank You again.

I do not recommend as I paid them 500 dollars to do my shocks. When getting the van back i discovered that they screwed up the alignment really bad. They told us that they would not fix it unless we paid 60 dollars. We had just had the vehicle realigned a week before when we purchased new tires. Unless you want to hand over your life savings to con artists and thieves I would go anywhere else then Ball Ave.
