I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet from this place for the first time. I am very disappointed by what was delivered to my mother in law. I have pictures of what was delivered in comparison to what I ordered and one can see that there aren't as many flowers in the visibly smaller vase than shown on the picture that's on the website. It looks like a lot of greenery (leaves) were used to make up for the less volume of flowers. I specifically called twice to ask whether the deliveries look as close to the pictures as possible and was informed that they always try to do their best to make sure of that. I'm sorry but I'm very unhappy and had decided not to use this florist again. I did write a review as soon as I saw the flowers. A few days later, I called and spoke to Lauren, explaining why I was disappointed. She asked me to send an email with the two pictures side by side and I did so. Lauren promptly called me, and to make a long story short, she and her manager rectified the issue. I'm impressed by how Lauren handled the situation, how professional she was and I do believe she absolutely changed my opinion of the company. I'll most definitely use them again. Thank you for being very understanding.

Great floral arrangements, nice friendly staff. Prices are more than most but you get great service and quality that lasts.

We were privileged to have Jennifer and her team at Ball Park Florist in Grand Rapids, Michigan, do the flowers for our daughter's wedding! The ceremony was held at Basilica, and the reception was at the Amway Hotel/Ambassador Ballroom. Those two venues are quite large, and we were so pleased to see how the arrangements turned out and filled those rooms! We were amazed with the beauty of all of the arrangements, and most of all the freshness of the flowers! The flowers lasted for almost 3 weeks after the wedding!!!! Our daughter's bouquet was fabulous, and so many people commented on how incredibly beautiful the flowers were! Most of all we were pleased with the professional manner in which the planning was handled, and the kind manner of all the people working with us to make this such a beautiful wedding! Very clean shop, very helpful staff, and a great selection! Personally,I felt that prices were a little high. If things were a bit more affordable, I'd be much more inclined to make this my regular go-to spot for floral arrangements. My only other minor complaint is that when making a purchase, they ask for your phone number and address, which seems a little to invasive for a flower shop. All in all, a good experience.
