They take time to explain everything and they take the time to do things right.  Ball Tire is a great, locally owned company that takes care of their customers.  You get to deal directly with the owner.

AC wasn't working on a hot Saturday. We took it in and the guys at Ball Tire worked quickly to diagnose and repair our AC issue. The total was cost was far cheaper than we expected. Thoroughly happy with our experience!

First time customer as soon as I walked in the door they made me feel like they've known me for years. I felt very comfortable that my car was in good hands. Miriam let me know what was wrong with my car told me how much it was going to cost right to the penny and how long it would take to fix. No surprises by the way the free shuttle service is great. I will be back.

Ball Tire has a great staff that I can count on to provide great customer service.  I have had them work on my vehicles for 10 years and I can rely on a job well done. Whether I need an oil change,  new tires or something more serious like a new transmission. Michael and Miriam have always gone the extra mile to ensure I have my car back quick with all the repairs I need at a great price.
