Ball Ventures is a respected real estate investment, development and private equity company headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and currently owns over 3.2 million square feet of property with over 100 projects in 14 states. Holdings of the company include mixed-use developments, retail centers and hospitality properties.

DEVELOPMENT
Our development division is experienced and competent, able to handle large-scale development projects. Our team has the capabilities to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment. The focus within the company remains saying what we do and doing what we say.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Ball Ventures has a property management division that is experienced in managing retail, office, residential and other commercial properties. The team is focused on building long-term relationships with clients and tenants, including providing accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

HOSPITALITY
Ball Ventures also has a hospitality division known as B&T Hospitality Management, Inc. with our partner Rusty Townsend.

Our management team has had extensive experience with several major franchises, including Hilton as developers and operators of Hilton Garden Inn in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Hospitality purchases over the last few years include buying the Marriott University Park in Salt Lake City, Utah; the Candlewood Suites in East Plano, Texas; the La Quinta Inn in Allen, Texas and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Tempe Arizona and the Hilton Garden Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Two new hotels are currently under construction, planned to open in 2015. Since inception in 2004, B&T Hospitality Management has had a commitment to developing the best hotel properties in the best locations, having the best management team at each hotel.
