I'm in Oklahoma. Family death in Seattle. I called Ballard's about rose sprays for the immediate female family members & single rose boutonnieres for the immediate family male members. The person who helped me on the phone was patient and willing to hear the description of exactly what I imagined would work best: I asked for black tape wrapping of the stems and narrow black ribbon streamers. The flowers arrived at the Seattle residence the day before I arrived; each was exactly as I had pictured in my mind. They were perfect in every detail, reasonably priced, and Ballard's staff working with me over the phone were kind and attentive even though the total price for 3 men's and 3 women's was a mere $121.00 including the delivery fee. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT BALLARDS FOR MAKING A SOMBER DAY BRIGHTER WITH YOUR TALENTS!

Ballard Blossom, thank you so much for making a difficult time of sickness and separation between my mom and I a little better, prettier, and brighter with the beautiful floral arrangement you prepared and delivered to her on my behalf! Literally being on another side of the country from her is not always fun, but you being around the corner from her to spread good cheer is just what I need! Thank you for helping me brighten my mom's day!

Had a job interview with these guys actually. Family owned. Small buisness. Quite neat and tidy store. Very Fragrant and pleasant smell to the store. The flower decorations were beautiful and the staff was quite friendly. Overall very wonderful service and overall presentation

I called late on Saturday to send an Easter lily to my Aunt. Unfortunately they were sold out. However, Cliff went the extra mile to refer me to other florists and giving me their phone number. Very appreciated as I live in Idaho and am not familiar with the area. After a few calls I found a place that delivered a plant for me. I'm impressed with Ballards professionalism and help, I'll definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Cliff!!!
