William E. Ballard is a personal injury attorney in Jackson, Mississippi. Mr. Ballard began his career working for a small law firm in downtown Jackson for a number of years. However, on January 1, 2014, he opened Ballard Law, PLLC where he helps accident and injury victims throughout the State of Mississippi. Mr. Ballard handles all types of injury cases including car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death cases to name a few. He never charges a fee on injury cases unless he collects money for his clients, and consultations are free of charge on all injury cases.

I want to thank Attorney Ballard for helping me through one of the most difficult moments in my life. I was in a car accident just five days before graduating, which left me with a broken nose. From the first day of my case to the last day, Attorney Ballard was knowledgeable and professional. He guided and help me navigate through any twists and turns during my case. I can say any  questions or concerns I had were answered the same day. What meant the most to me was that Attorney Ballard took the time out of his day to call and see how I was feeling after my surgery. I could have never managed my situation alone! Will is an excellent attorney.  You deal with him and only him, you do not get passed on to other paralegals or less qualified attorneys after you speak with him.

ABSOULETLY amazing experience.  Having a personal injury is a very stressful experience but working with the Ballard law firm it made it less stressful. Attorney Ballard is very knowledgeable and most of all compassionate.  If you want someone that is knowledgeable, compassionate and fair then look no further. I pray that I never have to experience another injury but it feels good to know that I have Attorney Ballard right at my finger tips.
