A/C went out last night, made a call to Ballard, they were out here bright and early the next morning to fix it. Dennis was the technician who came out. He answered all of my questions, explained what exactly caused my A/C unit to go out and was done with repairs in a flash. I'll definitely be calling these guys for all of my A/C and heating issues. Stay cool out there Dennis!

These guys are responsive, quick, professional, and reliable. Unfortunately, our house has tricky pipes that clog easily, and I've had to call on them many times. They always come through for me, usually within a few hours. Truly nice guys, hardworking, and they do their level best to save me money when they can, which I appreciate! Prices are very reasonable. Trustworthy. Call them if you need a plumber, you won't regret it.
