Welcome to Balloons and Cupcakes! We offer a wide variety of cupcake flavors to choose from, including gluten free choices. We do balloons of all kinds, small bouquets, large bouquets, columns, arches and specially designed orders. We will try to accommodate any requests for either balloons or cupcakes to make your event a special, memorable day. We also offer gift baskets, and can custom tailor a gift basket for your custom needs. We offer delivery from Everett to Seattle and look forward to serving you in the near future!

I ordered cupcakes for delivery last week, as a last minute surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. I had contacted other cupcake companies in Seattle but they could not get there until much later (since I did a same day order, which I realize was a lot to ask for) but when I contacted Balloons and Cupcakes, they told me that they were very close to my destination and they would be out there within the hour, so I decided to put in the order around 1:30pm. They were supposed to send me a text when they got delivered but when it came around to 3:45pm I gave them a call. They answered after many rings and said they were actually just on their way out the door and would be there in 10 minutes. Mind you, I had said I needed them by 4pm. So I waited, but at 4:40 I give them another call, now an hour later, and they FINALLY say that they are there trying to find my boyfriend. They said they got stuck in traffic (from West Seattle to Burien, which is unrealistic that there was THAT much traffic) but never once apologized for not telling me what time they'd really be there and forcing me to step out of work twice to remind them that I needed them there at 4. It was quite upsetting because I obviously spent a lot of money, and my boyfriend didn't even get to share the cupcakes because people had already left at 4/4:30. The cupcakes were decent but this whole thing makes them seem super unprofessional and not dependable whatsoever.

Oh my goodness is what Balloons &Cupcakes are all about GOODNESS!!! Great atmosphere, seating, clean, imaginative cupcake flavors, awesome grilled cheese sandwiches and delish coffee. The owners are genuinely amazing heart of gold peeps. They did an outstanding job of delivering 100 balloons and 100 cupcakes to my moms memorial party. Also on a past Valentine day, I answered the door to a great six pack of cupcakes and adorable balloon that my husband ordered for delivery! Bottom line you have to try, and definitely go into shop because you will be blown away! thanks Balloons & Cupcakes!

I visited this place primarily for it's cupcakes. I'm from Seattle and was throwing a doggie birthday party and was looking for cupcakes in the Burien area. I was pleasantly delighted with the daily flavors that were offered and their taste. The cupcake that I tried was the chocolate dream and cookies and cream. The cupcake itself had more of a cakey texture to it...it was soft and fluffy, which I liked. The frosting was perfectly sweet to accompany the light cakey not too sweet cupcake. I would definitely recommend this place. The owners had also just pulled a fresh batch out of the oven, which made place smell heavenly!
