Balsamo's has great food and a good staff. Being able to have a cold beer while you wait for your is awesome. It's great that they deliver beer. I would like to see them work with local breweries to get some of thier stuff in the coolers.

Parents ordered pizza and couple other things, pizza was over cooked and cheese was dry. Called up to tell them, the manager was rude and the guy she put on said I made this pizza perfect, so why you complaining and argued with my parents about it. Won't ever go back!

This a great mom & pop pizza shop! The quality of the dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings we had were perfect. They also sell some great craft beer here, one of which was titled, DALLAS SUCKS, lol. The fountain soda is typical of most places with the exception of an old school favorite of mine... BIRCH BEER. I love birch beer and it's nice to see every nowe and then. I'm not a big soda drinker but when I I that I drink it :) The staff we met on multiple occasions were friendly and helpful as well. Im a picky pizza fanatic and this is some of the Best pizza around imho.

I had a $50 order. I gave the delivery man a $5 tip he went back and told his manager that I didn't give him anything. I called bcuz they forgot one of my items. The manager degraded me so much at the top of his lungs on the phone for not giving his driver a tip. Even tho I tried to reason with him and say that I did. I was called all type of names and told that I wasn't allowed to order there again bcuz his driver feels disrespected and then I was hung up on. On top of that the food was disgusting. I have never had these problem before with ordering. Now I'm out of $55

This is, without a doubt, da most bangin slamdiggity dunkinist pizza within a 100 mile radius. THAT I KNOW OF. I haven't been anywhere outside of that radius but even if I were I would expand my review zone.
