Arbor Pros has been in business with Cody and Balsiger for slightly over a year. Cody has always done his best to find us the best possibilities for GL, auto insurance, and workers compensation. 

It is truly a pleasure to work with Cody and his team who are always readily available and eager to provide their expert advice to any and all situations even those that don't completely pertain to insurance. 

I would highly recommend Cody and Balsiger if you are looking for an honest team to work with that cares about you and your local business. Cody now handles not only our business, but our homes, and vehicles as well.

Keith and his team have done a great job for us over the years.  They are very competitive and have kept our insurance coverage up to date in a changing world.  I should also mention that they are very responsive to questions and have given us great customer service.

In the beginning Cody Johnson and his reno team were great. As time went on, calls put in to Cody or his team became a problem. I'm a business owner and when I call to get a cert or have a question it would take several days for a response or even no response. In addition, I would have to call back several times and no Cody or team. I gladly can say stay away from this company if you want a professional company to handle your insurance needs.

Trina Tisdale of Balsiger Insurance in Carson City/Reno, Nevada is an outstanding agent and the best one we have ever had—and we have had some good ones.  Reasons include (1) she is always available for questions or to help, (2) knows the insurance industry well and was able to lower our house and car insurance, (3) goes the extra mile if any problem or difficulty occurs, and (4) is a very pleasant person.
