Great service and great personality. Walked me through all the options I had for life insurance and helped me choose the right plan for my wife and me. Lantz made the health testing portion of the life insurance screening easy by scheduling a time for them to come to my house. Very professional.

Lantz is a terrific insurance agent. He’s friendly, polite, and has a great sense of humor! He’s always there when you need him and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to hear back from him. I spent over two hours in his office asking him all kinds of questions about Famers, and his agency. He never once tried to push me out the door and was curtious and professional the whole time. He answered every question I had and even told me about things I didn’t know to ask about. I switched my home and auto insurance to Lantz from USAA and couldn’t be happier. Farmers Insurance is always incredibly polite and professional when I have to file a claim. I was with USAA for years, and never had a bad experience with them; but I’ve never had as good as an experience than with Lantz and Farmers. 

Absolutely, the best insurance agency in Great Falls, and a terrific company in Farmers!

Lantz was super helpful. Every time I had any question about my insurance, I could ask him and he would get back to me quickly with a thorough answer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and friendly agent.

I have had a lot of unique experiences in the insurance world and Lantz Balthazar and Farmers were always easy to work with and covered me completely!
