I voted early this morning at my polling place which is also the bldg. where I live. The Community room on the first floor is where the machines are set up. The issues I have is that two of the people who are working the site also live in the bldg. I consider this a conflict of interest. I firmly believe that co-tenets should not be handling the people they live around. It should only be people down there who have no knowledge of the voters coming in. Also, my ballot didn't want to be taken by the tallying machine and I had to take it back out and try to make it go through a second time. The lady who was monitoring the machine got a very good look at who I had voted for on the first page. I much prefer the electronic voting with the click in card we had used before. This is for the Presidential election. November 8, 2016.

We found this year's primary election process to be very unsatisfactory. The sample ballots were too small to read comfortably. When we checked in, they would not look at our voter registration cards, or check our ID's. The booths were not private enough, they were very close together, we had other people's children watching us as we filled in the ballots. The ovals were small, and difficult to fill in, and when we submitted our ballots in the machine that the people standing by the machine were able to look and see our choices. All in all, the security was so lax, and the process was so uncomfortable, that we would prefer to receive our ballots in the mail, and mailing them back. We hope the presidential election is handled differently. Thank you, Sharon Harvey and Winifred Robinson
