Been here twice in the last week to shop for some stuff for our new cat. First time we came two ladies sat behind the counter talking without offering assistance, I went to purchase my items and they didn't even say hello. I spent around 10 minutes inside the shop with the intention to purchase a fair amount of stuff for our new cat but without any assistance I decided to just go with the bare necessities. The only thing that was said during my whole time there was "do you need a bag" not even "would you like" Anyhow! I decided to give it another shot today, thinking maybe it was just a bad day. We came in 15 minutes before they closed inquiring about honeysuckle as our cat doesn't like catnip. The young lady (one of the two from before) was the only one out front. We were there for 10 minutes while she just talked on her phone as we waited patiently to be served, it seemed like she was talking to friends. There was a young guy in the back who didn't seem to be doing much and did see us waiting but didn't offer assistance - however he could of been the groomer so no worries on that one. Eventually an older lady came out mopping the floor, I'm not sure if she was a cleaner but I asked if they had honey suckle and she said she would need to ask the person at the counter to check on the computer. This lady was really pleasant and wanted to help, she also had to wait a few minutes for the young lady to get off the phone (at this point we were all literally standing at the counter). So disappointed, wanted to support a local business and get some stuff for our cat but never again will I go here. Oh and when asked if they had honeysuckle the only response we got from her was 'no we have catnip' in a very rude tone.

A great range of products....for dog lovers but NOT cat lovers. Like all felines, our cat is a creature of habit and loves the Weruva Truluxe pure tuna. We have been dedicated customers for three years but without any warning, they stopped ordering it....instead, the replacement was a salmon, turkey, chicken mush remix, which our cat will not touch with a single claw. BAM!!! has a small shelf dedicated to cat products while the rest of the store is primarily for dogs. Why should we support this local business when the owners don't really care about buying products for their regular customers?

I have been twice now and both times there have been issues. I gave them a pass on their first mistake since they did make an effort to fix it. But today on my second visit I had an appointment for 11am and they tell me they won't get to my cat until 12:30. Not sure why they would make the appointment for 11am knowing that my cat wouldn't be able to be seen until 12:30. After the long wait upon returning home I noticed one side of my cats whiskers have been accidentally trimmed a little. Today's experience combined with the multiple issues on my first visit have ensured I will not be returning.

I arrived at a scheduled appointment, and was told the groomer stepped out for 15 min, when I returned they said there was a family emergency. The whole thing felt odd. When I arrived home, I had a message cancelling. My issue was not that there was a cancellation, but rather the lack of honesty when I did seek clarification. I called to ask to speak to a manager, and got a call back saying they didn't need customers like me. Integrity and customer service is an important skill when owning a business

Bam Dogwash is the best! The service is wonderful and our dogs Muddy and Frosty always come out squeaky clean from their grooming. To everyone at Bam Dogwash - thank you for being awesome!
