I really want to give this place a better review but I just can't. It takes forever for the food to come out of the kitchen and it just wasn't that good. I had the burger, I had enough time to chill for 15 minutes then walk over to Best Burger and buy a burger, came back before my Bam burger finally came out. The bread wasn't good and the meat was dry. Head over to Best Burger for a better meal at a cheaper price.

Terrible customer service. Bought a spicy mango pizza. There wasnt a piece of mango on it. Told the cashier. She wanted to take the pizza back and put mango on it. Its not very sanitary to handle food in that manner. So I declined her offer and just dealt with it. She did not once tell the cooks they messed it up. I went back up and asked her if she was going to at least notify the cook that it was supposed to have mango on it so this didnt happen to another customer. She asked me, if she should have told them. I explained to her she should tell them so it doesnt happen again. She was very nasty about it attitude wise. Like I was in the wrong. TERRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Happened at Washington square. August 25th,2017 at around 7 pm.

Good, healthy food. They make wraps, pizzas, and sandwiches mostly. The time from ordering to getting your food is really short, and there's a good selection for every diet, including gluten free items.

This was my first time there. The BBQ chicken pizza was delicious. I would prefer the peppers to be cooked a little bit more I like them less crunchy. But everyone is different. The black bean brownie was different. Not sweet enough for me. I will go back to try more things.
