They seem to always greet men, but when I will walk in, just had them stare at me waiting for me to sign in. The new ladies that work there seem to be very nice, unlike the manager and Yesenia who've been working there for the longest never smile like they hate there job. They do real good job on hair don't get me wrong. I just will go there if it's an emergency when my own stylist isn't available.

I've been coming in here for nine years and I've never had bad experiences always loved the out look of my hair. But today will be the last day I come back. Rude customer service and I will ask questions about my hair and they will be rude about it. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN if I could give zero stars I will

 I'm just going to say --I am completely done with this place!-- 5 out of 5 visits of being dissatisfied was enough. Like the saying goes "lo barato sale caro". I was trying to save money because who wants to spend a lot of $$$ on a haircut 😳 but I will go back to a $40 one at ULTA because the stylist actually did a great job and did my hair like I wanted it.
