Pros: the restaurant owners / staff are friendly, the chow mein and fried rice was good, cooked perfectly and the fresh cooked egg in the rice was delicious. The general tsos chicken was delicious. the robotic cat server was a cute added touch to this restaurant.  Cons: the bbq pork  didn’t take a pic  was too pink for my liking! Didn’t even resemble pork nor have I seen pork so pink it looked like it was colored with food coloring .. more than unimpressed it was served warm with some pieces feeling cold.. on top of a bed of lettuce. Some of the chicken pieces were not warmed through which makes me believe they were prepackaged frozen chicken pieces :/ the last thing was the price which was very pricey for 4 dishes.

This is a really neat place on main Street. There is a little serving robot which I've never seen before that I enjoyed watching and listening to. The menu is pretty straightforward and the food is as expected. Plenty of insight seating and a large frozen refrigerator of mochi for dessert.Food: 4/5

We ordered Kongbao chicken, BBQ Chasiu Pork and spicy boiled fish! It was a great lunch beyond our expectation! Never thought we could possibly have Chinese lunch at all in a small town like Morro Bay, but we did at this place and what surprised us is the authenticity of the food here!

We normally really enjoy your food.  The last couple of times we ordered the combo egg foo young and it has been really succulent and flavorful.  Today our order was not good.  It was dry and not much flavor.  Do you have more than one cook?  It reminded me of the first time we ordered and the Lemon Chicken was super dry and no flavor.  What's going on?  The stars represent the meals we have really enjoyed.  So was today just an off-day or a different cook?

Second time at Panda Panda and it was just a good as the first time. This time we ordered to-go it was ready within 15 minutes. They’re using nice recycle to-go containers.

I haven't had good Chinese food in a very long time.  We heard about this new restaurant from our friends who live here in Morro Bay and we tried it.  It was some of the BEST Chinese food we've ever had!!  Best for take out for us because we like to drink a nice wine with the food.  It was so outstanding I wish I could take some home with us!!  Loved the containers they served it in and you get a lot of food so we were able to have leftovers the following night.  We ordered:  sweet & sour chicken, cashew chicken, vegetable chow mein, egg rolls 4, & beef w/ broccoli.  Highly recommend trying this place for take out!

We loved this place so much we came twice on our our vacation! The server was very friendly, gentle, and smiley. The food was delicious. We particularly liked the sesame chicken, the chicken noodles soup, and the fried wontons. At the time we were there, they had a robot kitty server who brought the food to the table. The kids thought that was great! Highly recommend.

New place. It was all good. I'm a fan of potstickers and these met my expectations. I think the paper plates are because our county was just rated a high covid-19 transmission place but we'll see when it goes away

WOW WOW!!!! I am back in San Francisco eating the best food ever, but I am in Morro Bay!!!! We came here today for lunch and I was amazed of the hospitality and how wonderful it was to be served by a robot!!!! My husband and I we have been craving real authentic Chinese food. We came in and we were not disappointed  The food was hot and great quality of food. We will be here every Friday for lunch!!!!!! We hope to see you there and enjoy real Chinese food and great hot     tea.

My husband and I invited a friend to lunch and are very glad we chose Bamboo Bamboo.  The food was delicious hot and sour soup, mixed vegetables, shrimp in lobster sauce. Side of noodles and rice of course, pot of tea.  We shared and had extra for home. The service was very friendly, and with an entertaining surprise.  Give this new restaurant a try. We will be back.
