We take pride in keeping this restaurant clean at all times! Our line is always fresh and we keep everything that needs to be extra cold iced to ensure freshness. We aim for great service always. We appreciate our locals returning time and time again. Our sauces are bold and amazing and we always love to help you find the right combination for you. The hot sauce is that SUPER HOT and flavorful. I can say customers always leave happy with our food and service.

The food quality was really good, couldn't argue with that. One issue My Family and I had, was rather a common sense problem. They have a sign that states, when the food doesn't all fit in your bowl, and the cook can't make it fit, they have to put it in a seperate bowl, and STILL get charged a fee for it. Well we didn't know of this sign, until the end of our meal. The Cook joked around, and said, "Hey, Lunch for tomorrow". Well little did we know, they charge a REGULAR Price for that extra bit of Food that "couldn't fit" in the bowl we had to start with when we prepared our Meal. We spoke to the Counter girl, which I should have asked or looked for her name, but no Name Tags, she was petty and spoke in a rude matter, no way of being a good Employee or giving us great Customer Service, the fact that she gave attitude, and dealt with us as if she has been dealing with it for a while, she made it plain and simple, "If you don't pay, we'll just call the Cops". She didn't even cooperate to listen as I was asking a simple question, why I was being charged this amount, not stating that I wasn't paying for it. I left very unhappy, very ignored, and rudely treated. The Manager wasn't in the Store when I asked to speak to them, I simply won't ever go there again. We barely moved from Walla Walla, the Mongolian Bbq out there has never charged us extra for something so ridiculous, we go to pay for what we eat, but we shouldn't be getting charged for an "Extra Bowl", when the "Cook can't fit it in one". I'm dissapointed, and don't recommend it to anyone.

Unusual pricing system, in comparison to most Mongolian restaurants, especially in the Seattle area, but I could see where it'd be a good deal for someone who is not overly starving. The bowls are priced by size, and they have a all you can eat option for 50 cents more. The food selection was mediocre for the cost, and the sauces that get added into the bowl were EXTREMELY watered down. The taste was 'meh'. But the part that angered me the most, was that I got a melon ball scoop worth of rice. I had to ask twice for them to bring me a decent amount of rice for my meal. When I paid, they charged me almost 17 dollars for my lunch, which is easily 40% more than I've ever paid for a Mongolian all you can eat lunch. Found out that they charged me 3 bucks more for the extra rice (beyond a melon ball size), and told me that the buffet included extra rice for free, but since I only made one trip (with a large bowl, 50 cents cheaper than the all you can eat), they tacked on the extra charge. Never going back there again. Absolutely horrible service, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Much better than most Mongolian places you'll go to. Load up cause they charge by the bowl not the weight!
