Made it here for happy hour which had some great deals! Had the California rolls, spicy salmon, shrimp tempura, edamame, and tuna poke. All of it was super fresh and full of flavor. I recommend all of them and would say the spicy salmon was my favorite. Will certainly be returning here! Also recommend making a reservation, didn’t have one and ended up at the bar, even earlier in the evening.
Great food. We tried GREEN MACHINE, FRY TIDE and SPICY SALMON Crispy rice. Green machine has a special tasty sauce. Services is very good and people are nice and friendly. They use tasty fresh fishes. Resturant is well decorated and very nice ambiance.
Went here for the first time during happy hour along with my mom. It was very loud and noisy inside. The sushi was too rich for me and I wasn’t used to it. It tasted different from what I’m used too. The miso soup tasted great though. I don’t recommend this place. The server kept thinking we ordered cocktails when we didn’t which was strange.
Great food and awesome service. All of the fish was very fresh and delicious. The sushi presentation was excellent as well. Couple that with the new, modern atmosphere and you will have a great date night.
Came to this location for the first time for happy hour with some girlfriends. I’ve been to the other locations and they are great. I wish I could say the same for this location. We were a party of 5 with a reservation at 4pm. The environment was loud and it felt cramped - our waiter could barely bend over to go over the menu without bumping into the other table. Our waiter was so incredibly soft spoken and our table could barely hear him anytime he came over to check on us. The food was just alright. Everything came out at the different times with different servers bringing our food. Each time the food came out, the server would reach in front of me to hand my friend her food WHILE I was eating without pardoning their reach. No refill on the water carafe that was at our table. Overall, seeing my friends was more memorable than the food and the dining experience.
This spot is relatively new and seems to be off to a great start. The quality of sushi there is impeccable. Fresh ingredients, wonderful flavors. I would add that the soy sauce seems a bit oversalted, but I just add a bit of water to my soy sauce dish and it's just right. The service is good, the layout is elegant and clean, and there's generally a lot of people there, making the scene quite lively. It is a bit expensive but I guess I'll have to stop by happy hour sometime soon
Pricey but worth it, although a sushi place, if you have chance try their burger - yummy !!!! Probably a once a year treat to self, but if you have the budget- go for it and you won’t be disappointed.
Great to have them on the west side. Beautiful presentation, great quality and outdoor dining.
We were so excited for this location to open and are happy to report that we were pleased with the quality of service, food, and drink. We started off with ordering the non-alcoholic Ginger Citrus and it was refreshing, extra fizzy, and was a perfect balance of the sweet ginger beer and tart flavor of the lemongrass and lemon. We ordered the chicken karaage, Full Circle signature roll, Kanpachi nigiri, Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice, and Chili Garlic Chicken. Karaage was lightly battered but still very crispy and paired well with a squeeze of lemon and dill aioli. If you don’t like dill, the chicken is still delicious solo. As expected of Bamboo Sushi, the roll, nigiri, and crispy rice were wonderful. The fish tasted fresh and prepared well. The Salmon Crispy Rice was one of our favorites of our meal. We don’t normally order from the “kitchen”section of the menu, but were very happy with our choice of Chili Garlic Chicken. There was a very healthy serving green beans! The chicken was tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The level of spice is mild where the “burn” is very mellow, but not unpleasant. The location is wonderful and they have indoor and outdoor seating as well. We enjoyed seating indoors to watch the magic happen. If we had room in our bellies, we would’ve tried their sesame brownie…or take a short walk to the new Salt & Straw. We look forward to coming back to this location with our family and friends.
The best sushi experience we've had in Beaverton. The ordering is very casual and encourages you to eat and order at your own pace. We had maybe six rounds of ordering for our table and the server was not rushing us. Brought our kiddo for a family dinner date and we all had plenty of options. I'm the only one that isn't vegetarian in the family but I can't have gluten, so between these food issues, it can be difficult for us to find a spot that we all enjoy. The menu is 98% gluten free and incredibly vegetarian friendly. Cameron, our server, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They spoke to our kid like a human and didn't ignore her. They kept the drinks flowing and the food coming. We really splurged on our evening here, but it was well worth the price. Looking forward to going back.
