We booked the Evergladestour with the Safari. The ride with the waterboat was great. We saw a lot of wildlife. After that we took the Buggyride and it was really great. We've seen a lot of animals like Zebras, Antilopes, Waterbuffelos, Alligators, Bisons, Ostriches (with Puppies) and some interesting plants. During the trip to the safari park the tourgide was very kind and gave a lot of information. It was a great day for us.

My husband and me spend our honeymoon in Florida recently.
We wanted to spend some time in the Everglades so we booked an overnight stay with BananaJoeTours.
He told us to come to the Billy Swamp Safari Park and we paid him $280 for the activities in the park and the overnight stay.
Arrived at the Park we got a receipt with everything he had booked for us - and the receipt said $160 (!).
So we contacted him and asked him whether he had mistaken himself and might charged us too much as taking $120 for making some phonecalls seemed a lot for us.
He got very rude and didn't understand our problem as to his opinion taking $120 for just arranging a service is absolutely common.
Better book by yourself guys! We will never ever book anything with Joe again. 
Edit: the managers of BillySwamp apologized for him and the inconvenience caused, gave us some gifts from the gift shop for free and even invited us on a personal tour through the park on which the animals are fed. They didn't have to do that as they didn't make any mistake. But they gave their very best to make feel comfortable again. That's what good service looks like!

Ich würde es genau so wieder machen! Banana Joe ist ein sympathischer und lustiger Kerl, der meinen Mann und mich vor der Haustür abgeholt und sich um alles gekümmert hatte. Alles war zeitlich in einer lockeren Atmosphäre sehr gut getimet und sehr informativ. Vielen Dank für den schönen Tag!
