I love the food and their shakes. Sadly the employees take their sweet time making everything. Waited there for twelve minutes for one shake. I've worked food service my whole life and I always move as quickly as possible to ensure customers get their orders in a timely fashion.

I ordered a king patacón for pick up and this is what I found out when I got home. This is not eatable!!!

Food was good. No tables, so pick up only. Our order was wrong as well, but it was mostly fine. My Spanish was bad, as was her English, but we both tried our best, lol. Next time I'll brush up on certain words I didn't know at all and check menu ahead of time.  I definitely suggest getting your order written up ahead of time if you don't speak Spanish well, it'll make life easier for you both. Otherwise you'll need to be flexible with whatever turns up in your bag.

every single time i order from here or any banana king i specifically ask for pink sauce, i request it multiple times in my order and every single time it gets ignored. its so frustrating its a simple request and yet EVERY time i never receive it. always disappointed i spent $20-30 on 2 things and yet the thing i ask for is NEVER THERE!!!!

Sándwich cubano it’s the best. If you want a quick bite this is the place to stop and get something fast. The only bad thing is that inside the place it’s really cold and it’s winter time. I think they have the temperature low so you don’t stay there for a long time.

Bestest fastfood in any town. Many people go there. Order shakes, hot, cold sandwiches. Hot meals, Burgers, soups, tacos...more.Food: 5/5

The workers there have the worst attitude! I went there and ordered a mango carnation shake. When I tried it I told the lady who made it, it didn’t taste like it had any sugar, asked if she could put more sugar in it. She replied saying I had already tried it and she couldn’t fix it. The cashier told her she could add the sugar and mix it since I was the one who tried it and was going to drink it. To which the lady replied she would have to wash the mixer again and she wasn’t going to do that. My husband was already annoyed since the order had already taken a while and the pan de Bono he ordered were extremely cold and hard so I just decided to walk away and threw the shake in the trash can right outside. I don’t think I’ve ever leaven a review but I was just in shock of how rude they were. Worst service ever!

The shakes never fail. Their new employee is very good. The food on the other hand has failed me. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was burned. I've ordered in the pass and tried to give them other chances. It's either super dry cold or now burned.

Overpriced, nasty smoothies, the one employee took forever because she didn’t speak English so needed another employee to help. Not clean at all will never go back!

I do not know if food is well we call before go because it was 4 o'clock in the morning and we wanna have a breakfast after party, the waitress at phone says that they are open but if we go that time we'll have to wait at least 30 minutes for a burguer, we were in uber from new york and when we arrive to the 5:20 proximately still can cook a sinple burguer because they aren't ready still one hour and minutes later and we after decided that was a lost of time leave our home without have breakfast. I hope next time be better service
