Customer Service....... I have mostly had good experiences at this store. Great deals here, and generally a comfortable shopping experience. But, I must say that my last experience was not all that great. The customer service representative just did not engage with me in the slightest. I'm just a guy trying to make some decent clothes work for me. A little input would be nice. Size info, or "do you need any help... finding everything okay", etc. would be nice....... whatever.... That said, ANY brick and mortar store these days hoping to keep their doors open absolutely needs to engage with ALL customers. It's just too easy to go online and shop for what you want. Comatose "customer service" employees have no place in a brick and mortar store..... Though, overall a good experience. I hope they keep up the good work!

My boyfriend and I went to the store last week. It turned out to be last minute because we didn't know at what time they were closing. Still, Zoey was very nice and helpful; she spent the time to help us find the right pair of pants. Very good customer service. Thanks Zoey!

Banana Republic factory stores have the greatest deals t-shirts for less than $5 and shorts for $7. Store layout is standard and staff has always been helpful
