Bancless Loans is a unique pawn shop in North Phoenix, AZ., providing people with affordable quick loans. We look more like a bank than classic pawn shops, but can immediately turn gold, silver, jewelry and more into fast cash based on the value of the asset, not a customer’s past credit history. Customers who need cash now can deposit assets and walk out with cash in hand—no credit check.

Bancless, the growing collateral based loan company first opened its doors in October of 2012.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people!!!! They have integrity, yes I said integrity. They are knowledgeable, honest have and compassionate to your situation! They are also willing to work with you, unlike other places. I was in a situation where I had no choice but to take a loan out on my great grandmothers diamond necklace that's been past down from generation to generation. This necklace meant the world to me and the thought of losing it was unbearable. They knew the significance of this necklace, and even though the loan had matured, they actually worked with me so I didn't lose it! If it had been anywhere else, that necklace would have been GONE! If they made it to where you could make payments online, THEY'D BE PERFECT!!!

It's difficult for a man to stand corrected, but just yesterday I was. A couple of days ago I wrote a review about this place that discredited the owner Howard and his practices. I truly can't tell you how wrong i was. I never gave the gentlemen a chance to explain himself and for that I apologize. After visiting the store the first time I felt I was being dealt with unfairly, so I left upset and wrote a not so great review. After thinking it over for a day I called the store and spoke with Ashley who was very kind and professional and asked to come in. When I did I was welcomed in as if my family owned the place. I explained the situation that happened a day prior and she assured me that they will make things right. Unknown to me the owner Howard was there and helping another customer and once done with them he came over and introduced himself like a true gentlemen. He himself assured me that the matter would be taken care of along with a special bonus. Believe me when I say that with him coming over and introducing himself and apologizing for the prior outcome was enough, but for him it wasn’t. He went way above and beyond on assisting me and I truly want to say THANK YOU!!! You are a gentlemen beyond belief. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. It is no wonder why everyone who has written a review has given him 5 stars for his honest dealings and his exceptional service whether it’s rendered by him or his employee Ashley who is a complete sweetheart. Once again Howard and Ashley Thank You very much for your great and exceptional service. To anyone reading this you truly would be foolish to deal with any other company but this one if you want honesty and great customer care.

Had an awesome experience here. Ashley and Mundo are awesome and they offered way over the price I was quoted at other places. I will definitely come again!!!  Thank you so much!!!

Awesome place and very fast service! The stuff is very nice too! If you want to sell or loan your jewelry I would highly recommend this place! Definitely 5/5👍🏼👏🏻

Came in to a very clean and bright area and was greeted right away. They offered water while we talked. I went to about 5 shops before this one and they easily gave me 3x the amount anyone else was offering. Have never seen a shop like this one and I was pleasantly surprised.
