Uroš greeted us at the office, offered us coffee and water, and they had the cutest office puppy! I am very happy with the business exchange, filing taxes has never been easier.

Beware! This "office" attitude is pretty disappointing -- they charge penalties for late/non-payments but do nothing to ensure we received the tax bill. We've paid every year without a problem but when we moved, they say they received the returned tax statement without a forwarding address. Later, they appear to have conveniently ignored our notice of address change and the appraisal office did not apply the change, hence we received no tax bill again. And even when we paid what we thought was the due tax amount, they gladly took that money, ignored the return address on our payment, and kept applying penalties on the late fees -- about which we were still not notified. We never received the statements!! All the while the fees were compounding, obviously this "office" has no interest that we receive the bill or statement in the first place. From our perspective, it's nothing more than a modern day racket. An unbelievable and disgusting experience with an organization that is supposed to be recognized in the community.
