Today was my first appointment, and I have to say I was comfortable. I have a hard time being at dentist office it's almost like a phobia. Everyone was wonderful, I had to bring my grandmother because she has alzheimer's. The staff were wonderful with her and accommodating. Thank you Gabriella my Mom loved you. She kept raving how nice you were!

Made an appointment for my son. They called once and left message asking me to call and confirm. My dentist does the same thing and I've never called them. On the day before the appointment they called again and this time left message saying if I did not call then they would cancel appointment and charge a no-show fee. I listened to this message at 6:30 PM after they closed and the appointment was at 09:00 the next day when they opened. I would strongly suggest they change this silly policy. I made the appointment for a reason. Too late for my business though. I told the girl on the phone the same thing and she seemed like she couldn't care less.

The wait time is pretty long but it's worth it for the quality of care and the staff is very friendly.

Great staff, wonderful doctors, and a great experience. Suffered from fear of dentists for years. I still fear dentists, but Bandera.

Ive always been treated nice in the front office. My daughter doesn't speak so it hard for her To tell me if her teeth are loose but if i ever have any concerns Dr. CHU and hes staff are always on board to help thank you .
