Bandera Trail Dentist, whom I and my 5 boys see every 6 month for a cleaning and check up always takes X-rays. Today I requested not to take X-rays nor to apply fluoride. The response was no X-rays/fluoride no service. So we left the office. I was shocked by their response because we have been patients there for the past 10 years😡 they told me that any other dentist would also have the same policy!
Took just one phone call to find another dentist who is willing to work with my requests. 
We will not be bullied in taking services we don't need!

Our family has been using Bandera Trails Dental for a number of years now. Dr. Cruz and her staff are always friendly and polite. Office is in a great location. Always great service with every visit!!!

Awesome Front Desk Staff! Best I have ever come across. They are so polite & accommodate very well with my shift work schedule. The dental staff is good. I would highly recommend,  but I don't want you coming to my clinic & making it more difficult to get an appointment. The Dr's are very good with the numbing shots.

I have been a patient for about 3 years. I really like the attention and service I get at Bandera Trails Dental. Most importantly they work with my schedule and call me if there is an opening appointment.

I have been going to Bandera Trails Dental for almost 10 years. Dr. Cruz and her staff are amazing. They are super friendly, professional and always 100% awesome work. My daughter started going there also and they have always been very gentle and kind with her. Just amazing!!
