Actually drive for 35 - 40 minutes just to get to this Banfield. Have been to other places but this is the only one that has really listened to me and are more than willing to help my dog. They are professional and informative. Also they take the time to offer different types of treatments and what are the costs before they begin. I will be coming back to this one for a while.

Rude staff who don’t listen and are condescending.  They act like you are crazy for caring about your pet and are not accountable for staff behavior.  Do not take your pets there if you love them and want them treated well.  If they treat owners poorly, how do you think they will treat your pet during their “drop off” comprehensive exam?

Doctors and back staff are great. Zack could learn to have better customer service over the phone. When asking him if my dog is ok waiting a week past her vaccination due date. His reply was that it was my call. Lol. I'm calling the vet for their advice and it's my call? If it's not a problem then tell me it's OK not that it's my call or tell me if it will be fine. But telling me it's my call basically means he doesn't know and isn't willing to ask so he's removing himself from the situation by not giving me a direct answer. Confident people who know their job give answers they have confidence to back up and know they are correct or they go ask. Lastly, when we go to hang up he doesn't say anything just stays on the phone with an awkward silence. So I go to  thank him and say bye and he hangs up lol. Really? Anyways your pet is in good hands with these docs and location but don't expect any help over the phone from Zack. "it's your call"

I recently brought my puppy in who was extremely sick as a last resort as i couldn't get in at my vet.   I had Dr Temple who was amazing.   She was so very sweet and understanding.  I honestly didn't think my puppy Zoey was going to make it,  but thanks to her she checked everything and found the problem.   I will now be bringing all of my animals here. Thank you for everything.
